Tailored to your specific needs, One-On-One coaching allows more time to listen and understand what challenges and goals you may have. 

Or build trust with open, vulnerable, actively engaged participants who want to feel empowered and empower others. The magic of Small Group (up to 10) coaching is that everyone contributes their perspective to support relatability and harmonious interactions.

One-on-one Coaching

The journey of transformation is sometimes sharp and steep. You have the capacity to move mountains that reside inside of you by aligning to the heart of inner beauty. Inner beauty is the antidote to self-judgment and when you are sincerely you, you can’t help but show up joyful and at peace.

Self-judgment and negative self-talk take away and dulls the way in which you see yourself and the world around you. The energy that heals self-limitations is the energy of your self-value. HeartMath techniques are designed to shift the internal disruption into radiance and beauty by defining your principles and core values and acting in alignment with them.

During your 30-minute or 1-hour sessions, you will discover, develop and integrate the awareness and skills to create change in your life. Allowing change will create miracles where you least expect them. We will find ways to welcome these changes, always remembering that adding heart is the key to gratification. Patience and curiosity about the beautiful person that you are will bring wonderful results.

Building Personal Resilience™

During the 4-6 week Building Personal Resilience™ program, you will gain confidence to effectively self-regulate and sustain composure as you face day-to-day challenges in your personal and professional life.

This program is the bread and butter of the HeartMath® system. You will learn up to 8 foundational tools that quickly shift you from energy depletion to energy renewal to increase your resilience capacity, or the ability to bounce back from stressful situations.

Each tool is scientifically developed to balance your nervous system to create an open line of communication between the heart and the brain. This flow of communication allows better decision making, creative thinking and problem solving. You will learn that feelings, emotions and attitudes are malleable and can be changed for internal transformation so you can become unstuck.

Building Personal Resilience is not a relaxation program, but one of intelligent energy management as you purposefully generate active calm or inner stillness on-the-go.
